Guys like you make me laugh while I am not a ALPA cheerleader I am glad we have the union at FedEx for two main things. A better retirement than we would have had and the protections of the contract when flying.

Wearing a ALPA pin while being a non-member = TOOL and is unsat!!!

Wow! Our Union just helped elect the most anti-business President and congress in our nation's history, and guys are worried about some non-member wearing a pledge pin on his uniform. Seems to me we should be worried about our union contributing to politicians' election campaigns who take anti-business stances, and raise taxes on both us, the laborers, and our company. (ALPA contributed 73% of its PAC money to the anti-business, tax hiking side of congress).

Yes, but ALPA PAC is voluntary. No dues money goes to ALPA PAC. So only the folks who want their money spent in that fashion or don't care typically contribute.

Yes! And don't forget, they're going to take our guns away from us too!

Actually, George Soros, huge financier of the left, is buying up ammunition companies that make primers. Sort of a back door way to limit the use of guns by eventually limiting the ammunition.

I sat on the crew bus 4 years ago to the day listening to five overweight Captains going on and on about this.
"You'd better buy any guns and ammunition you want by Jan 20th. Obama's gonna shut it all down".

Since then, Gabby Giffords was shot with a handgun - did they use that to get your guns? In fact, I've purchased several (first ones I've bought myself) during the Obama administration. Less paperwork required than buying certain cold medicines.

The thing that bugs me most is that those same guys are still saying the same crap and never have to answer for the crap they were spouting four years ago at this time.

Give it a freaking rest.

As to the subject at hand - IF YOU'RE NOT A MEMBER YOU SHOULDN'T BE WEARING A PIN! ALPA is us - its up to us to police it.

If I decide to wear a fourth stripe around the AOC do you think that someone from the company will eventually address it? You can't just do whatever the ****** you want in an organization, a society, etc.

After Obama win, U.S. backs new U.N. arms treaty talks | Reuters

Let's talk about serious issues like the Republican war on women and their sneeky plan to make 30 year old butt ugly law students pay 10 a month for birth control.

My bad....I must have replied on the wrong post. I thought this was the ALPA pin post not the political election post. I will try to do better and control my emotions in the future.

I was kind of hoping the LEFT would move to Greece or Venezuela where they would fit right in. I rather like my gun toting, church going, work for a living life style. Thanks.
