ALPA Pin
I asked this question in another post, but the infighting had already started and I think my question got lost in the shuffle. So I shall ask it here.
What is the proper etiquette when you see a non-member wearing an ALPA 9/11 memorial pin? |
Give us a name please... or at least initials.

How do you know he's a non-member? Could have been a former member?
Our airline is non-union yet there are quite a few guys that wear ALPA pins or lanyards including the 9/11 pin. Most worked at airlines that were ALPA before coming here. |
How about ignore it.

Post your question over in the Major forum, and you will get the answer you seek. That kind of crap wouldn't last a day at an ALPA pax carrier....

I ran into a non-member wearing an ALPA a few years ago in OAK. He happened to be a former Tiger Pilot. I explained to him that as a non-member he was not entitled to wear the pin. He mumbled something about paying dues and some issues he had with ALPA. I told him to get his issues worked out and stop wearing the pin until he did. I understand he stopped wearing the it and has since retired.
BTW what's a T7? |
Smart guy! Retire from this BS! ALPA IS A BOY'S CLUB!
