You do understand that the "HK4" pilots are subject to the RLA and the process under which all disputes are "litigated", right?
1. Define "aggressive"
2. How many of the "HK4" have stated that their attorneys (ALPA) were not "aggressively" defending them & hired someone more "aggressive" (which they were free to do)?
Please stick to the facts when answering, and not your personal opinion based on little-to-no first-hand facts.
Please let us all know if you actually attended any/all of the hearings in person.
Thanks.
(I'm genuinely interested to know if ALPA has not fulfilled their duty to "aggressively" defend them - AND if you actually have any true first-hand knowledge of anything)

I know the rules etc. I also do know more than a few of the facts. Nice try. Neighbors with one of the 4 and friends with more than a few.
It sounds you might know some of the facts too. It also sounds like your sensitive to any other opinion. Opinion based on pretty sound information.
But, I made my comment as to why this was kept so quiet. The company didn't keep it quiet?
Lots of leverage originally lost in many opinions by keeping it quiet. RLA doesn't prevent this being discussed in general in the press. No names, just general info. (Done well before people were fired - in the beginning of this mess)
The AHRC getting involved appeared to be something that put pressure on the company and helped push this along further than it might have gone for some of the 4.
If we hadn't have rushed to sign the 3% TA, we might have had more leverage, as the company needed this TA for CGN. We could have fixed this in the initial stages)
But, for the first time in months, I did hear much positive about an ALPA attorney from one of the persons involved.
Originally much pressure to take the first HAAP deal. Even from our own message lines. And there was much dissatisfaction with the ALPA attorneys from that. Some has changed. That wasn't the point.

Are you, by this statement, implying that ALPA has not "aggressively" defended the "HK4"?
