re: DXB internet, it's $28 or so a day, but get a receipt & in the comments of your expense report include a remark that this is standard/basic rate at our DXB hotel. Expense has allowed this "overage" in the past.

Actually, the less than $25 is only for deviation expenses, all non deviation expenses are supposed to be supported with a receipt. JL just set the Internet at $15.
