They're honest questions that, I believe, deserve honest answers.

So far, only Doogs and boxmover have offered answers for the first question; Huck and propilot have addressed the cost savings questions. Which questions can you answer?

P.S. Are you trying to circumvent the automatic language censor with "creative" spelling of what it must consider to be "strong, vulgar, obscene or otherwise harmful language" (Terms and Conditions) so you can call me a name? tssk, tssk

They are stupid questions that do not even deserve an answer and you just and come off as an ass. (I guess I did not need creative spelling after all.)

I guess I need to wait to respond until you search your vast vocabulary and decide which names you want to call me and then finish editing your post.

Jerk - hey, that's a nice one. Big thumbs up.

Yah Tony, you butt!

How dare you question the language that is going to be part of our CBA. We know from past experience that our contract language is rock solid. Completely in accord with what we think the intent is.

Besides, even if the language was a tad gray...we know that the company would never take advantage of it.
