How can that be? I was excessed to 757 and got Sep? All BTR before excessed according to CBA.

Yep but he is flying a WB. You are in a 727. The only prescribed punishment is passover pay. The company can do what it likes and pay passover to whomever they screw. In this case no punishment, so no foul, tell it to the arbitrator.

I got excessed from the left seat of the 727, going back to the 11 right seat. There are 60 some odd guys who btr or were excessed and junior to me who should train before I do and I got a mid July class. No training letter, so maybe "they" are running 30+ people a class starting early July...idk.
I was in a training event last week and was informed "they", whoever "they" are...are scheduling the 727 excess personnel first regardless of the order stated in the contract, just so we won't be sitting around like the 10 guys did.
Rumor control also has us being pay protected, but...going first ahead of other communities who have been displaced to the 11 right seat., I'm going July 22.
