Aflouisville,
Why do you care? You don't work there anymore. I think they can survive another 100 years. They just have a poor management and labor relationship.
Nothing will change.

What I'd love to see is a CEO who:
1) Believes in profit growth through market share growth and unrivaled customer service and not JUST squeezing every drop out of every person and asset through stretching everything to the limit (maintenance/aircraft acquisition) intimidation, harassment and pitting employees against each other and violating legal agreements (UPS labor mission statement).
2) Puts his actions on safety ahead of cheap and hollow bumper sticker slogans, platitudes and cartoon character gimmicks (Max Threat).
3) Thinks and acts on behalf of the LONG TERM health of UPS and not just HIS and the current BOD's fortunes.
4) Can close a business deal better than some kid at a lemonade stand.
If Teamsters strike it's because Max Failure and the knee breaking trailer trash at labor blew it yet again...period.

Who is asking for a seat on the Board? You really need to pull you head out of the sand. UPS is a job not a career. I lost all respect for the company about three years ago. Business is business............and that is the way I approach working for UPS. If what they want something from me that is not in MY business plan then sorry......................Fly the contract.......done.

Stop feeding the troll. He's a disgrace to OUR profession and all mankind. Clearly he has zero friends to hang with during his golden years as is evident by his time on this forum. Looks like you're enjoying your retirement to the fullest, SCAB!

I have yet to meet any pilot at UPS who would love to see a strike and have the airline, and the dollars that go with it destroyed. Give me a break. Sometimes the company deserves a kick in the nuts for the knucklehead moves they make, but total destruction...please
