This may be the hold up in their interview process. Does any one have any info on when they will be scheduling their interviews. I was to it would be next week, but that they had delayed adding pilots for a few weeks. Any news would be helpful.

I know that they lease a few a/c from UPS but why would UPS want to buy World? I know that they need lift, but they cannot take the a/c away from the troop lift that World is doing.

I think they can take the life away. The Military will always be able to find someone to fly it for the right $$$!! Also they can take the MDs & DCs for the work that UPS has.

Where in the article does it indicate that UPS is a suitor for World? If UPS does purchase World, the pilots, just like Challenge Air Cargo, will probablyl be put out on the street.

What is the status of their hiring? I did an informal interview at air inc last month and am waiting to get a call about the sim.
