This decision is supported by the pictures of the Hindenburg supplied by Company counsel. Further, since the Dirigible purchase was cancelled shortly after the implementation of this current agreement, we recommend that the Dirigible pay-rates be included in all further agreements since those rates cost the Association significant negotiating capital to achieve. The Board finds the Associations pay-rate protest is without merit. The grievance and pay-rate protest is denied. :cool: |
