Don't call crew pay, you need to call payroll services (They explained the line item that was my involuntary contribution to obamacare). The all-knowing folks at the PAC can give you the phone number.

AFAIK: "Obamacare" doesn't have a payroll tax component.
Either your company is BSing you... or you are BSing us.

(unless you make over $200K, then there's apparently a 0.9% tax on income above $200K. eg. Earnings of $260K/yr. will pay an extra $540 over a year)

This wasn't a deduction......it was shown as salary.....might have been some FDA plus up......still don't know what it was and I have talked to a lot of folks in MEM.

Did you use a company paid 3rd party to locate housing or something similar?

You forgot, "or I am clueless" because the answer is "I am clueless". I absolutely paid additional Medicare taxes in 2013 well in excess of $540. You shouldn't call folks out for BS'ing when you don't know what you're talking about.
