Add another vote for Witopia. It's worked in every FedEx location, never had any problems connecting. Able to stream, video, Skype, etc without problems.

Another for witopia. I've used it overseas and can connect to every site I need including Skype, FaceTime and netflix.

One more vote for HideMyAss. Works great on both the laptop and iPad, for both my wife and I, with one subscription. I believe one subscription covers 5 devices being used at any given time.

Except for Taipei. Witopia has always worked for me......until I stayed at the Howard Hotel.

Had a similar problem in a Chinese hotel once. Did a quick online chat with a Witopia tech (3am his time) and he walked me through a custom setup for that hotel/country in no time. Customer service is A Number One, GI!!

Have any HMA users had problems at the Howard? I've used HMA for 3 years with no problems, but have yeat to stay at the Howard. Never had a problem at the other three recent hotels in TPE.
