Actually, folks I know "in the know" think this is VERY GOOD NEWS. They seem to think we'll be in the program soon enough.

When I used KCM in IND ... it was a pleasure. It can't happen soon enough. I suggest we give "the system" a chance to work and see if we like it.

KCM opened in MEM for our benefit

It's unfortunate our fright (flight) management don't have the b@lls to make KCM happen for us. Pathetic!

It has nothing to do with their lack of stones.....which they don't have. It HAS to do with the fattening of their own wallets. KCM does NOTHING to improve their bottom line(bonuses and the like), therefore it matters nothing to them.

Goodwill between management and the crew force died a long long time ago. It's all about the $$

I called CRS and told them I probably wouldn't make my DH because the line was insane, "Can't you just go to the crew line?" " No, sorry"

Sign in at AOC exactly on time, then walk over to the counter for the bus, wait for the five minute call, take the leisurely bus ride to the airport, stand in line for your boarding pass, THEN go get in the line for security.....

I did this once for the early dh on a Monday morning. The bus lady was trying to tell me I would not make my flight and "most guys" show up early to get through security. I said I was not a "most guy" type and it wasn't my problem if I showed up on time and missed a deadhead.

My point is that the problem will never get fixed as long as we keep going out of our way to make it work for them!

Concur. This and other "by the contract" issues would eventually have an impact. This is where we truly need unity.
