The Express side is being purposefully shrunk in order to accomodate an elaborate plan of moving the Postal contract in other venues ................. Trucking, Trains, maybe other air carriers ?

Less day flying does not equate to more night flying. Total flying is down and has been trending that way for quite a while.

Additional sleep rooms are part of the FRMP.

No conspiracy here so just move along!

Business model seems to have changed from grow capacity and grow revenue to maintain capacity and increase profit margin
