Default AA jumpseat for FDX

has anyone been able to access the AA online jumpseat system? I found the website but their suggestion for password did not work. I contacted our travel department as they suggested but as all can imagine, our people had no idea what I was speaking about. Everytime I call the old pass number i get told that they can't process a listing anymore, contrary to what the alpa site states about the jumpseat listing process. Also, when I go to the ticket counter of gate to ask to be listed they are not too understanding with my dilemma. basically, I think I just need the 3 digit/letter code for FXstaff username. Thanks for any help,

http://myidtravel.com/myidlisting

My problems arose when I didn't use the /myidlisting at the end. The help desk had no idea that it has to be at the end and the pages look the same with or without it. In my experience the only way it works is with /myidlisting at the end. Passeord is 023

Contact the Union Jumpseat Chair with a quick email. He will point you toward the current procedure. I have the 3 page instructions that start with "Beginning June 4, 2013". I'm not sure if it's cool to post the login name and password here.

At a minimum, call (888) 933-5922 within 24 hours. When you walk up to the desk, tell them you are meal listed for flight #xxx. They will be much more helpful.

I have never used this site, and received the message:

"REMINDER: You will not be able to see prices or make purchases if you have not taken the FedEx Personal Travel Certification in the past 6 months."

How do we take said Travel Certification?

Must have gone to the wrong site. You don't need that for jumpseating. That is for buying stby tickets. It's on PFC somewhere.
