Except at ACMIs where it's also used for international access (in conjunction with other clearance methods).

Thanks Aviatorhi & Sniper.
I'll look into ACMI's. Otherwise, I suppose that leaves non-rev/interline agreement for the commute I have in mind.
Too bad, I was kinda hoping to live 3 wks here & 1 wk there. I know some guys do that domestically for kids (divorce, new grandchild, etc.); didn't know if the same model would work internationally.

Hopefully, the email which OP received about international use of CASS “go for launch!” signals that, something concrete has actually moved beyond discussion.
