New newsletter has the new funds in the power rankings. The new funds are being evaluated for purchase before the next newsletter.

Ok, we are restricted to a certain number of transactions per quarter(?) by Vanguard, right? Or am thinking of something else?

Something else. Some funds have restrictions. ie Primecap, pull money out, need to wait 90 days to put some back!

Does the advisor follow the plan rules? In other words, if they say to take it out, they know to wait 90 before advising to put it back in?

They advise to check your funds' rules!

one bud does their autopilot program...he likes it but it is expensive...it has made me a lot of $ when i look at the details...i would not have paid that much attention to it otherwise...
