FDX- KCM active yet?

The new KCM rules went into effect yesterday (1/13). Did FedEx get activated as a participating airline at the same time? FCIF/News article was not very clear. Thanks.

Subscribe to the ALPA emails for good info. From this week's Positive Rate: "we were able to gain access to this program by the end of January 2015"

According to JB today, looks like end of March before all the paperwork is settled

I understand that the company has control and it will happen on their timeline!

My concern is a statement was made by our leadership that said we would have access by the end of January. Are they not working with the company on this?
