Yeah, they are great schedules. The seat can sometimes be a hassle though. I did 3+ years and a little IOE on it. If you are doing it by the book it is the highest workload of all the fleets (pre-departure).

"Window heat, pitot heat, what's to eat?" Just curious....at UPS, does the FE do the walk around, log book, run checklists, etc. At Delta, the FE was definitely the bit*h. Good times.... The F/E (on the 8 anyway) is indeed the b!tch. It takes 45 mins (by the book, no short cuts) to get the plane ready to go. And thats with your hair on fire. No worries though. You probably won't ever see the panel. |
