UPS App Question

On the Flight Engineer Written portion of the UPS app they ask for dates of the FEB, FEJ and Flight Engineer FEX. What's the difference between these three? My FEw "grade sheet" says Basic and Turbojet on it. Do I put the same date in all three spots on the app?

Thanks

From what I remember, the FEX is the combined basic and turbojet test. If you took the combined test, then just put one date in the FEX spot.

Thanks Goddard. I appreciate it.

Thanks.

Congrats on the Continental interview, good luck!

Thanks Goddard,
I moved it up to this Wednesday. I'm flying out of BHM tomorrow. If I pass the panel interview in Newark I have to go to Houston date TBD to pass the sim. I'll give you a call Wednesday afterwards and let you know how it went.

Goddard,

Can we assume you were put on the 8? If so, front or back?

Yep, back seat of the 8. I'm loving it. It has to have the easiest schedule of anything here.

Yeah, they are great schedules. The seat can sometimes be a hassle though. I did 3+ years and a little IOE on it. If you are doing it by the book it is the highest workload of all the fleets (pre-departure).

Thanks

They are 3 different tests

FEB is Flight Engineer Basic (Generic FE stuff)
FEJ is Flight Engineer TurboJet ( it is geared mainly to the 707/727 panels)
FEX is the Combined test (Which is usually what the 2 day crash courses teach to). Whatever test you took is the space in which I would enter the dates. Most likely it was the FEX. Good Luck :)
