Default New ATI Discussion Thread

Figured I'd start a new thread to open up some discussions. A lot has happened the past few months and was surprised at how far down the old threads had gone.

Some starting points I'm thinking of are:
- 588GT.
- Recall list.
- 763CX coming back.
- 312AA is back off lease at Cargo Jet. Wonder if ATI will get it back to have a second 767-200 ETOPS aircraft.

Enjoy, maybe?

Patches is back!?!? That is good news. Hope we do get it back. It actually is a great flying airplane when it's not being shot at, skewered, or impacting terra firma rather firmly.

Bigger question is where will 371CM end up??? We really do need another ETOPS -300 for the charter work.

Rather reliable source has 312AA and 371CM going to ABX.

That is a shame.... 763CX is on all that upcoming flying that really needs an ETOPS aircraft too.

Owned by CAM. Looks like it is in KILN.

Hasn't been AA for years. AFAIK know, ATI had 764CX reserved for it but CAM didn't allow the registration change.

761CX (our only ETOPS -200) comes back from the HKG run in the next few weeks. 762CX will replace her over there. ETOPS is not needed on that run, but the newly-installed FANS equipment will come in handy.

I had heard back in April that Patches would be coming back to us, but no information was provided if that was temporary or if there was some longer-term plan for her. But it sounds as if two of us here have heard she's going to ABX. She showed up on our fleet status page for about two days back then, but re-disappeared. Wish I had taken a screen shot!

ATI picked up and delivered 371CM for conversion, but that doesn't mean she's coming to us. 364CM will be freed up in September. Hope we pick up some long-haul ETOPS work for her.

No word on a 6th 75F for CVG, but I have asked.
