I hope you see the sarcasm, While Doppler turns and notches at 15 miles and latent TWS and Fox3's are really cool,

I guess this was written to help those folks who "tilt" when you pull a dime out of your pocket and say "I've got the 6 cents" after they already input your ten-spot into the register for change.
