MEM 757 Disputed Pairs:

#130/31Aug; #131/1Sep

#362/1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 15, 17, 22, 23, 24Sep

Disputed Pairing 130: Short layover and late landing in FLL followed by max duty 11:23 the next night. No real rest opportunity in EWR.

Disputed Pairing 131: Same as #130. Short layover in FLL (12:22) and a late landing. The next night is 11:23 duty with no real rest opportunity during the EWR hubturn.

Disputed Pairing 362: Previous Dispute. Pairing begins at start of critical period, 1+30 drool in BFM followed by 2+32 flight into high CFIT area. Low weather often an issue and poor communication exacerbate the issue.

How long can a pairing keep getting disputed? The QRO flight has been disputed for almost a year now. I thought the DP process was shorter than this to get it resolved.
