Seems to be a new FAA reg, Miami based ACMI airline. Job ad on climbto350.com says they prefer pilots who speak Spanish.

Been operating for nearly 2 years now. Somewhat connected with Dynamic Airways. Money backing them is from Venezuela.

All correct. They have 2 B767-200 freighters, unless they've obtained more within the last 10 months. They operate under Dynamic's operating certificate, but have plans to obtain their own. They do a lot of South America flying, like all the other corrosion corner operators. Dynamic pilots used to fly for both companies, even though 21 had their own pilots. Some ex-dynamic guys have gone over to the 21Air full time.

How do these Miami outfits keep popping up under various LLC's, sub-LLC's, leases, etc etc, all run/owned by some questionable south of FL Spanish speaking "cartel" that usually pop up in various lawsuits or Miami PD blotter with the same cast of characters as DO, CP, etc etc. It really is quite comical when you think about it!

I have no idea, but I did live in Miami for a long time so I'm going to guess that it is probably at or less than what Amerijet pays. I hope it's better than that, but I wouldn't hold my breathe.
