Did I miss somthing. Bid open and no bidpacks?.......Also heard that there were 45 disputed pairings in mem md11 bidpack thanks to a renewed "optimization". Anyone else here this?:mad:

While the printed "bid period packages" are being phased out, it's not this month. They should arrive soon. This is only the first week of the February bid month -- don't get too excited yet. :)




I haven't seen anything from the SIG about disputed pairings -- yet. :eek:

I just downloaded mine. I haven't had much of a chance to look at it but at first glance it seems OK...

Where did You download it from? I only see Feb.

From the 2-1-07 MEC message line:

As announced in FCIF 07-0043 (Admin), the bid period will be closing earlier than pilots are accustomed to. According to the FCIF the times are as follows:

* Captain bids will close at 1200 CT Thursday, February 8. This is 4 days earlier than you are used to.

* First Officer and Second Officer bids will close 1200 CT Friday, February 9. This is 4 days earlier than you are used to.

Download the Feb bidpack and change the url from "Feb" to "Mar." Fastbid downloads are not available yet.
