So sad that management thinks it's OK to Jr man pilots. That went away in the 80s ...ohh wait ATSG is stuck in the 80s. K4 is a better choice. I here they don't Jr man there.
Management does not care about Jr manning, they don't care that 16 and 17 days in a row doesn't work for those with familes, they don't care that you can't trade trips with ease. They think throwing a few bread crumbs at ATI will solve the problem.
Sit back and watch pilots leave in droves. Can't wait too see the reaction of ATI management when pilots still leave even after the industry worst cba doesn't keep pilots around.

When I got hired here, there was a lot of optimism and opportunity. Now there is nothing but negativity and zero opportunity.
It doesn’t matter how many guys retire, because when NAC gets up and running in Miami we are losing 2-3 airplanes to them.
You won’t ever get off reserve. Nor will you ever see an upgrade
This is a shrinking airline. Management hates ABX. I would not recommend anyone coming here.

As for the statement that we are a shrinking airline, we have only lost 2 airplanes that we were flying both owned by DHL and were transferred to the sandbox under DHL operations.

NAC will be a long time coming before they are able to take over all the SAS flying and if/when that happens they don’t get our airplanes.

And how many jobs is 2 airplanes...when you're talking about a company this small those two planes make a big difference. And please explain why the company fired the load masters, some having been with the company for almost 20 years.
