Default Jumpseat on Air Canada

Can FDX pilots jump seat on Air Canada from Toronto to a U.S. city? The ALPA website says we have a reciprocal agreement, but does not clarify whether this is just for flights within Canada or can be used for travel back into a U.S. city. Anyone have experience with this?

Yes a reciprocal with AC covers US and international destinations. Have went to IAH and LAX from YYZ on AC.
