Huge amount of hiring happening the CEO claims that if your an FO on property this year you will be a Capt in a year. Heavy PIC should look good on an app with a major. Plus if out sister airline strikes there will be massive growth to recover that Amazon flying! Who cares about pay at this point.

Interview is a cake walk, management is really eager to get people on property and trained.

Yeah he's probably JV's son who's only operating experience was at Great Lakes for a year. Yep a wealth of talent at this place.

 

Look this place is ***GREAT*** opportunity for people who havent checked all the boxes.

Flew to CVG, van picked me up and took me to ILN. Hotel is own your own dime but I used points at the holiday inn express. Some of the guys stayed down the street at another hotel. Interview is strait forward and they drug and fingerprint you the same day. HR was easy "tell us about yourself" "what ifs". One pilot was ex Air Force and captain. Really laid back! Sim is take off intercept hold and apch. Easy no emergencies and its in a 76. Big iron from what I'm used to.

First week of class the CEO,CP, DOO came in. Everyone is really positive and claims they need poeple RIGHT NOW!

Dont hesitate to get on board!!! They are straight forward and will overlook a few personal blemishes. Who cares right! built the logbook here and throw in with United or SouthWest or something. The other airline is here is ABX and honestly with the 2nd year pay and extra flying you make more money here for the next year or so. Already had one call it a whipsaw and thats where I got the name....DONT worry about negotiations either like Ive said they are haulted by MEC for a while Im told.

Like I said who cares about pay right now more than I've ever made with a type to boot!!!
