Nothing will bring management to the table faster then a hit to the bottom line. Well done ABX pilots for having the stones to walk. Someday, hopefully all of our executives will learn that it's cheaper to treat the employees well vs. trying to hold them down.

On Nov. 23, a judge issued a two-week, temporary restraining order that forced the pilots back to work and to negotiate with the airline while working. The two sides have not yet come to a resolution, and it's unclear if the pilots will attempt to strike again at the end of the restraining order window.
"We hope very much to resolve it and not have to go down that road," Jewell told Recode. "We hope that this period here woke up the company enough that they're willing to work with us to mutually come to an agreement to move forward." So what is the status?
Amazon is holding flying until they are confident? Is management working with the union for a resolution or are things stagnant? Will there be another strike at the end of the 2 weeks? It would seem management would be under serious pressure to work this out quickly. Are they sweating? |
I would be pretty nervous at ABX right now.

If I were ABX management I would be. The union has made their demands clear....comply with the contract.

Amazon had contingency plans in place for any disruption of deliveries. Fedex, UPS......and all of the rest. JH has to assure Amazon that their carriage with ATSG is safe. JH's fix was to ask for the resignation of four members of the EXCO and the transfer of a tail to ATI, of which none will happened. The attempt to intimidate our pilot group doesn't ever work. PSSST, tell your MEC they could be next. Only one guy runs the show if you haven't noticed.
