Talked to one of your newbies, I don't think anyone is comfortable seeing all those planes parked on the ramp.

Taking a ride from ORBI to the GZ is less scary than seeing a bunch of 76's on the ramp.

Not being an @$$ but being brutally honest. Plus the amazon flying doesn't seem to be coming back into play the way it should be.

Amazon had contingency plans in place for any disruption of deliveries. Fedex, UPS......and all of the rest. JH has to assure Amazon that their carriage with ATSG is safe. JH's fix was to ask for the resignation of four members of the EXCO and the transfer of a tail to ATI, of which none will happened. The attempt to intimidate our pilot group doesn't ever work. PSSST, tell your MEC they could be next. Only one guy runs the show if you haven't noticed.
