Yeah. Most of you GT guys are good guys and I enjoy riding the jumpseat with ya'll from time to time. You're right about the very few who like to stir things up... and I agree it doesn't reflect a recognizable fraction of your group. Unfortunately they've infected this forum with their dreams of stratospheric salaries and they don't care who they have to run over to try to get them.

Goodness gracious. Why does everyone let themselves get so emotional? Regardless of what anyone posts on here, it will still be the Omni pilots who decide the outcome.

As far as “pattern bargaining” goes, remember that we have EXACTLY Kalitta DOS+1 rates, retirement, and per-diem on the table. Do you think we would have achieved those rates if it wasn’t partially for them? Just food for thought.

Careful, I don’t think you qualify as a millennial when you’re a 777 CA. I answered no to the poll because there is no TA as of yet. 😉

Do you not get the union emails? As of March 1 there is a TA. It is in the ratification process right now. It made it through the first hula hoop with approval from the E-Board and is going through the approval process from the IBT at the moment.

Good catch, we have not seen the TA, merely the highlights, but yes it does exist. Most people tend to refrain from sharing their position on something like that publicly until they have actually read the document. Oh and yes I do get union emails. ☺️
