If you are an Omni pilot, or were in their shoes, how would you vote on the TA?

Ok you medaling little Mary Jane if you knew what the hell you were talking about you would know that nobody has seen the TA yet here at OUR company. With that and your stupid picture on your profile and reading some of your other post on other threads proves you are not Omni and are Atlas so what the F do you care about our contract you have nothing in the game. So shutdown your damn poll on OUR CONTRACT and concentrate on your own crap. I have never seen so many immature Pilots with nothing better to do than stick their noses where they don't belong.

It is your contract yes, but everyone has something to gain in how you vote. Your yes or no will determine what those after you can expect.

The intention is not to negatively affect you.

Even if you pass this as soon as it goes to vote, it will be an improvement for you, which should help those still negotiating.

As respectfully as it can be said, if you vote no on this you have to be an idiot, a millennial, or both.

I think we can have a discussion here (at OAE not this infected forum) amongst ourselves without you GT folks getting involved in trying to steer it. I know how poorly it went over on your guys forum. Might have to adjust those 400/hour expectations.

Everyone I've talked to is onboard with this TA, though heard from other parties of 4 definite no votes.

Quick back of the napkin math looks like this is adding somewhere between 18-24 million a year to the Omni CBA. It looks like most of that money was spent on the rates, nothing wrong with that, but some people might think there was better use of the money than putting so much into the rates.

So if somebody votes no because they would rather see that money spent in other parts of the CBA, it doesn't make them a idiot, it makes them somebody who knows what they want.

Saw one of OAI 777s in Riverside last week, made me think of good people and some good and not so good times!

As a somewhat embarrassed Atlas pilot, I would like to point out that there are 1600 of us. Perhaps 10, +/-, are making a hobby of commenting on other pilot group contracts. They do it with a lot of enthusiasm, but they are small in number.

We have our own problems to worry about. A lot of them.
