"Trigs" is right. You should also know that once you've been released to the line, you will have 2 choices. 1- fly repetitively broke, old airplanes, risking you license or worst, 2- Get fired for refusing to fly said broke old airplanes. If you've got other options, pass on this outfit. Otherwise just get in, get your type, and get out ASAP.
Better yet... just read the 2 threads on this company, then you will be fully informed. Good Luck.

Does anyone have the new hire class schedule through the fall? A buddy on the west coast has a contract that ends in the next couple of months. I pointed him at airline apps already.

iAero jumpseat

Hey iAero Pilots, could any of you provide me with some Jumpseat info? Wondering if there is a flight from CVG-MSP on 4/24? The swift jumpseat website doesn't look like it's been updated since 2016 and the email address returns undeliverable.

Thanks!

Looks like it doesn’t operate on saturdays. With the new software change the flight board went away. Our JS coordinator is trying to find a new way.

[email protected] is another email you can try. That is to our flight followers who will be able to help too.

SWQ585 is CVG MSP looks like runs Monday through Friday

I have no dog in this fight and I am retired. As a research trick however I would suggest that readers of this board Google and research a name whenever one is given. If you Google Boris Van Lier, your first hits concern financial troubles and Fraud.

https://www.myrtlebeachonline.com/ne...e16656464.html

The second hit is from a name search engine service that claims that Boris Van Lier has a criminal conviction in his record.

The third hit; in 2015 Boris Van Lier and other management of Swift Air are being sued for Fraud and the plaintiffs are seeking punitive damages. "In its lawsuit, Saipan Air is seeking $2,541,370.78 in compensatory damages and $10 million in punitive damages against Conry and Swift Air director of operations Boris Van Lier.

Last month, U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona ruled that Saipan Air’s fraud claim against Conry and Van Lier shall proceed, but not against Stukes.

The trial, which will commence Feb. 2, will be against Conry and Van Lier relating to the fraud claims.

Conry and Van Lier are currently employed by Arizona-based Swift Air, which emerged from bankruptcy in 2013."

Finally from Glassdoor: https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Em...VW18904238.htm

Everyone hates the CEO and COO. Employees call him Boris Van Liar.

If it "looks like a duck", "waddles like a duck", "quacks like a duck", It's a duck!

Did you guys have some kind of emergency last night on your PIT-MEM flight? Flightaware shows you were halfway and went from FL360 to 1800ft, and did a few holding patterns?, then up to FL280 again. I may be wrong, just curious.
