For someone coming from a regional, reading through this thread and others concerning iAero, there's some concerning things all around.

Those that have come from a regional and are now with iAero, does it compare? Better or worse? Is the grass really greener? Work rules seem like they aren't much better than a regional. Am I wrong?

Lots More money less days off, no soft pay, or cancellation pay goes for picked up overtime as well. And no work rules basically. Chose your poison, it’s gotten better but crew scheduling is a wreck right now due to staffing all around. But they could fix it with a simple pay package and soft pay items to get about 500 applications on file

Why would you even consider the move?
Its not even a lateral move, you’re going from 121 to 121 Supplemental which apparently guarantees a dead and blind POI.
You’ll be flying junk airplanes on contract flying where they’ve been the lowest bidder.
Everything is outsourced to the lowest bidder, training, maintenance, handling, everybody.
Besides your own you’ll be doing everybody else’s job too.
Scheduling, planning, payroll, maintenance, handling. Literally everybody needs to be checked for doing their job correctly and legally.
You’ll be on the phone arguing with scheduling and maintenance control.
ASAP is there just for show.
You’ll be on a ramp somewhere chasing after the fuel truck because a certain someone didn’t call…..again.
You’ll be calling scheduling asking why yesterdays Standby Day now shows a 30/7.
Yeah don’t tell me that doesn’t happen anymore.

Love how the post of the Tucker Carlson segment (that aired on national T.V.) which included law enforcement body camera footage which was released by a law enforcement agency showing a Swift/iAero plane and possible Swift pilots talking to a law enforcement officer about how the criminals currently occupying the executive branch of the federal government were breaking U.S. law, was vaporized from this thread. Amazing.
