Charter and Part 135

Charter and Part 135
Why did Airline Pilot Central Website had made "Charter" and "Part 135" to different airline profile categories? Can someone explain the difference between the two, I can't seem to wrap my hand around it.

Charter is the family name such as vegetables.
135 is more like potato.
Swift and the likes are 121(s)upplemental, they offer scheduled and ad-hoc rent-a-plane services while operating on a 121 certificate.

If your talking about the forums. There are no sections in 135. It’s all just posts in one group.
If you want to update the airlinepilotcentral website with a new profile I think you can scroll to the bottom and use the contact us form. I don’t know their rules or who they allow it it to be updated by.
