Default What is Sierra Pacific?

This afternoon in MDT I saw a "Sierra Pacific" 737-200 on the ramp next to a charter bus and several guys holding American flags. Wondered if they moved troops and what the company was, never heard of it. Any other airplanes? Great to see a -200 running around.
