Which charter operators are still flying the 3 man cockpit? Any info from the inside on Flight Engineer upgrades, pay, aircraft and locations?

ILM out of Brownsville, TX and Capital Air Cargo both still have 727 PFEs.
No more info than that - an old -141 buddy ran into one of our old engineers and he got that info. Good luck!

Will be parked within a month or two. Plus all the 727 flying is actually DHL CVG stuff.
IFL Group in Pontiac, MI has like 3 727-200s and 2 727-100s.
