Well, I am Chief Pilot at a yr old On Demand Charter Operator and I am trying to get some salary info on what people are getting paid who are flying light jets ( LR35, Ultra's etc) to Large Cabin ( GV, Global, Falcon, etc) so I can make sure my pilots are being paid fairly. I know we are below industry standard but I am up against a owner who owned a operation similar 15 yrs ago and does not believe me when I say we are under paying our pilots.
Thanks!
Thanks!
