If you can get in as a PIC, you'll be able to get the PIC time, and probably take advantage of some Legacy opportunities here and overseas and then you can leave if it sucks.
The company I work for is trying to do something similar to ADI, only management doesn't suck, and it pays more, PICs significantly more. But the two Captains I've flown with, as well as a couple guys I met at flight safety made a lot of money overseas, and came back to the states and got really good jobs flying legacies.

Looks like their certificates are getting revoked/denied. Yikes.

We had a handful of people leave for ADI because they got word from their CEO that big things were happening. I guess he was right...

Yes Darrel Richardson is the new CEO and Scott has stepped down. I think it's to satisfy the DOT and not penalize the company itself

These guys don't go to jail they pay a fine and go to another company in which they can screw.

ADI keeps making all the wrong headlines. Flight aware showed both these flights were ADI. Glad they appear to have some decent pilots to get these planes down safely, but this place just seems to be a mess. First the scathing FAA reports and now these lovely headlines.
