If you become a member at pro pilot world the owner is on there. They seam to be a very good company according to posts on there. The owner is a pilot and she seems like a great person.(on the internet) If you are interested I suggest joining and looking for the extensive thread on the company.

Schedule - 8 days off per month. Not hard days off.

Pay - 45k/yr

QOL - 8 days off per month. Not hard days off.

So it looks like the concise answers to Schedule, Pay, and QOL are: Bad, Marginal, and Bad...

Too bad.

I believe they pay significantly more than $45k for captains.

I'll admit that I don't work there - perhaps you do.

$45k seems pretty reasonable salary for a newhire 500/510/525 series Citation copilot flying charter, but I can't imagine that's anywhere near a the top - especially for PICs.

But I've been wrong before.

Charter is charter. DS is probably one of the better operators in the area but it's still part 135 charter. Not the line of work that most enjoy long term but a great way to break into part 91 corporate flying.

Side Note - DS is a 135 operator, not 121. This thread is located in the wrong section.
