Comcrap thanks for the info. Does Elite have agreements for jumpseat with most carriers? Better yet, who don't they have them with? I live in FLL area and figure I'd be able to jump to MCO and rent a car or just drive the 2.5 hrs. I understand they don't really have reserve correct? How much notification between trips? Would you say you average 12-16 days a month off? I heard more CR7's are coming online. Who do they use for uniforms? Sorry for all the Q's, accepted a class in 2 weeks.

You're home based why would you need to drive? They fly you from where you live.

Many times it's easier to drive home in rental car. I used to live in knoxville and finished a trip in Lexington ky. 3 hr drive. No brainier. Yes, they pay for rental and gas.

So sounds like on the road for 7 days straight ?

I am sure any start up will have difficult schedules but once they grow and hire more that should fix itself. How do you apply? through the resume email? The biggest problem now will be attracting pilots and retaining them. I wish them the best. Sounds like they are doing well.

Where is the scheduled service out of MLB going to? Just curious since I live here and we don't have many options besides CLT and ATL.

It does not sound like things are going very well over there! FB complaints are pretty bad. This company has had a bad history from it's past. Yikes.

I just talked to one of their FO's. He seemed pretty content there. Said they are growing, and having the associated pains that come with that I assume.
I like the fact they are home based, and have a 7/7 schedule. I was told it's a "loose" 7/7, so not sure what kind of average days on/off one would get. To me, being able to live at home and commute on company time is worth quite a bit, plus pay seems betters ham most regionals.
If anyone else has any recent info, it'd be appreciated.

Just go read the FB page.

Yeah saw they were late on a lot of scheduled flights. This guy mentioned they had cancelled most of those and were doing pretty much straight charter now.
Sounds like the pax were unhappy, but maybe the pilots aren't lol?? Guess if the pax aren't happy, they won't be in business long. I think they've been around 3yrs or so now?
