I like the company, the owners, and most of management. There is a small handful of people wrecking the place... and convincing the owners of that isn’t easy. |

Have the utmost respect for the pilot group of this company and I wish them the best and I'm sure they all have bright futures. But after reading this, the management of this company deserve this setback, and now they can start polishing there resumes to go somewhere else. Karma guys, karma!

This is what we as a pilot group predicted when I worked there 2-3 years ago. Have to take care of your employees or they won’t stick around.

Hearing that Via has shut down. I have a friend who was in sims training in Houston with them and they were all just sent home today and told the company is done.
