Its a pretty decent operation but expect to work your butt off. ML is no longer there. All the cargo flying on the Saab is out and backs to the Caribbean, some of them are only two legs but still long on duty (12-14 hours). E145s are a mixture of day trips and extended charter flights all over the US. Nice mix of experience from very experienced captains to new lower time FOs flying their first turboprop. Expect about 11-12 days off a month forFOs and maybe 10-11 for captains. You will have fun but you will work!

Does a First Year FO clear $20,000/year?

I have an interview coming up and couldn't find much info on them as far as pay, schedule, etc... Does anyone have any updated info on IBC? Thanks in advance.

Show time is usually 8-9 am, back by 6 or 7. Two leg out and backs, VFR island flying. Easy stuff.

First officers receive an SIC type flown from the right seat. Training is contracted to PanAm in MIA. Plan on two weeks for ground school, two CPTs, 6 sim sessions, a LOFT, then a PC.

BEST OF LUCK TO YOU.
