Class Date/Timeframes
So I've got an offer and a class date for early October and I'm pretty excited about this!
Does anyone here know roughly when they'd schedule the ATP/CTP course? Is it always exactly the week before?
I emailed the recruiter, got her autoresponder which sent me to another email address, which also auto-responded but didn't answer the question.
I don't need an EXACT date, but I do need to plan when to give notice at my current employer, and I'd like to have a couple of weeks in between to mentally reset and take care of a few things at home.
You guys have an idea on this?
Thanks!

Hey guys didn’t know where else to post this but I have a class date in mid-September for CommutAir but was wondering what the likelihood of getting IAD out of training are? Also with the news of Air Wisconsin going to AA and GoJet among others in talks of getting pay bumps is there anything rumored to be in the works? Thanks

Anyway - re: getting IAD - I've heard a mixed bag; at least one CA told me that it's junior on the FO side but senior on the CA side. Another guy told me that he'd estimate 4-6 months to hold IAD out of training, but those were guesses and not predicated on any hard numbers/dates.

Can't speak to the pay bumps although they'd certainly be welcome, but the current rates are fairly recent so I'm not sure if there is movement there.
