What base is the most junior? I heard IAH has the most flying and shortest reserve, but it seems like all the new hire classes are getting IAD. I'm torn between the two

Houston definitely has the most flying by a lot. It used to be 4-5 months to a line in IAH. Every class since October has gotten IAD but they’ve allowed some to change to Houston after a few months.

I would not be surprised, we have dramatically more FOs than captains.
