Default 10,000 dollar referral bonus
Is it true if a fellow compass pilot refers a new hire and if that applicant successfully passed training the compass pilots gets a 10,000 referral bonus. Is that really true!!!!

False advertising. Well misleading advertising.

It is possible, but if you or the person you recommend leave, you no longer get paid the installments.

The 10k is not lump sum, and if you only recommend one person, you are not in the running for 10k.

Also you have to keep track of the recommended pilots training and inform the company whenever they have passed each stage and within a time limit. Each time you recommend someone and follow all the requirements, it puts you in a new tier that pays more for the next time you recommend someone. Once you've had 10 people pass through the next one will be worth 10k. Pretty crappy that they're bending the truth about it. It's like those advertisements for a free iPhone after buying 7 cell phone plans.

You think bending the true a little might be a warning sign or indication of what others things compass might advertise like upgrade and pay might be future reflection on compass bending the truth a little
