There is a CRM test they have been implementing lately.

You're on a 2 hr sit in LAX and it's 9am, you are instructed to locate a breakfast burrito in the American cafeteria, but you do not know where the cafeteria is except that it's in terminal 4. You know there is a code but you don't know what it is. You have 40 min left in your sit. You are already on the bus from the eagle's nest and you dont have quick access to the crew room anymore. And you don't have any cash, and they only take cash.

At your disposal is a phone number to a buddy who flies at compass, an LAX welcome packet, random wandering American employees once in terminal 4, and one debit card with $19 in your account. If you don't get the burrito and get back to the plane before boarding you fail the scenario.

They just want to see how you think and use your resources.

Poser765 crushed the answer btw, he's now at mainline

I’d have to take the latter. Did I just fail my future interview?

Just remember to use all available ingredients and you’ll be fine.

What about the fake cheese “queso” sauce? Required or pilot’s discretion?

Yeah I can't do the fake queso sauce, sorry.. Mexican food should always have shredded jack cheese (or cojita where appropriate) as a cheese topping.. YMMV

Not sure I can squash the ID rumor, but take it for what it’s worth...Pinnacle/9E had the same thing on there IDs before Delta was ever in the picture of purchasing them due to bankruptcy...all the badges are acquired from MSP building C badging office, which is run by Delta, good chance there just using that stack of cards for the current IDs being printed...
