I think my annoyance was not directed at the 5% that make mistakes so much as the 5% that make jokes about women’s anatomy as we pass 80kts on the takeoff roll and act like that the entire flight. Some guys here are a little too comfortable in the left seat and it’s not really fair to FOs to have to adapt to that type of cockpit behavior, especially when it means normalization of deviance and more mistakes/less briefing
