I'm always skeptical of an article from the Daily Mail, but the picture makes it look pretty serious:

FlightAware doesn't show any extreme loss of altitude though from what I can see but you can clearly see that it was a bumpy ride. I'd love to hear from the guys up front if they happen to be on this forum. I'm glad everything worked out ok and the flight landed safely in RNO!

News flash: the pilots aren’t just going to pop on the forum and tell you the story...at least I hope they’re wise enough not too.

Not sure if they are on the forums or not but we certainly don’t want to discuss it during the investigation. The crew did a great job, everyone is okay albeit a few minor injuries.

The captains name was Roger Victor...he routinely posts videos on YouTube
