I worked in stores on the west coast in 2015.

When I had to share an office with the MX leadership during a renovation, listening to the conference calls without laughing hysterically due your guys delicious memes was always a challenge.

Blue skies and smooth rides. TSH didn't deserve any of you!

I'm genuinely jealous of the culture you guys created at Compass. Sad to see it coming to an end, but be proud of what you accomplished. We won't forget you.

First time I saw this one I could not stop laughing. Laughing hysterically to the point where I couldn’t talk.

Couldn’t even utter out the yoke clip message to my captain, had to pass it over to him after attempting to break down the sentence multiple tries.

Pretty sure I had tears rolling out of my eyes.

That and the time where a captain told me “MW 2!” Instead of start 2. :D

I said it when I left my first regional in 2007...it’s not the name on the side of the plane that makes the airline. It’s the people that make it worthwhile. The last 4 years have been one hell of a ride. The memes on here have made some of the truly dark times bearable. I’ve made some lifelong friends at this place and will be forever grateful for that. Godspeed everyone.

Can someone do a YouTube video of the double wave?

I loved the radio memory messages. Always checked them right after inspecting for teabags.

Oh, and Ray's 13 Commandments for Safe Airline Flying. Certainly I'm not the only one who received a copy.

Godspeed to all who are left.

Truly a sad day. As someone who has moved on I can tell you it’s nothing like compass. It was definitely something special and am glad to have the opportunity to experience the amazing crews. I still remember the first double wave I ever saw and then reading on here that it wasn’t a one time thing but an actual following. Knowing how great our crews are I know all of you will fall on your feet. Keep yours heads up and good luck.

Oof! That book. So....stupid! 😂😂😂. Been a real pleasure getting teabagged from the hud and reading about the favorite pastimes of certain members of management. So informative, really. For that, I thank you.
