Compass vs Skywest
 

Just wanted to get some thoughts. I've been on the freight side of things for awhile but looking for a change.

Looking at Compass or Skywest.

I want to be in the Midwest area but not a stranger of commuting

So which one would be better overall?

Skywest if you went to Embry-Riddle, Compass if your a normal person and Mesa if you have skeletons

if MSP is an option Compass is a great place, 9/3/15 hire is current junior base holder.

Do you like mcdonalds fries or wendys fries?

McDonald's for sure!!! All those artificial ingredients make them taste soooo good.

Both are good. However there's no lifers at Compass and upgrade is around 6 months currently.

A year ago Compass....now SKW.

Where do you want to live? ORD and MSP are junior for SKW. I hear LAX is junior for Compass.

Reason Compass is done with "known" growth. SkyWest is just starting a huge growth cycle...
